With what a program you edit and combine all these things?

I use paint, but some of you out there think photoshop is the better program for it. pick the select tool and you can put things on the template.

I've been using paint to mess around a bit with these templates (great job by the way, very helpful). But how do you add stuff to the default models or an existing one?
I've tried cutting and pasting on top but it just overlaps rather than just the main part of the picture overlapping. Do I need to do something specific to add parts?
No rush on the advice, just whenever you've got chance to give some tips. Thanks

Try to make the thing you want to put on your template "transparent" The second color you have chosen will be "deleted" from the picture, so lets say you've got a white background and white is your 2nd color White will be deleted from the picture.
