*The camera shows us Monica Tweed in front of Gaara's locker room. She knocks on the door...*
Monica: Gaara, is Monica Tweed, may i get in to ask you some questions?
Gaara: If you have to...but make it quick. I have important things to do and can't waste my time speeking to you.
Monica: The question that is on everybody's mind is...why did you dqued yourself in your first match in Generation eXcess, and why so quickly?
Gaara: Even after the introduction, i guess we can call it that, that i made last week, i had the feeling that nobody take it serious, nobody take me serious. Doing what i did in the last match i made sure everybody noticed me. From now on everybody will notice Gaara...
Monica: Many of the fans feel that you did that because you feared Gorbus and you feared being beaten badly by him. I mean...was your first opponent more than you could handle?
Gaara: Funny to say that. Despite not having talked with the gm, or asked anything to him i wanted to face Gorbus since i signed with GX. I came here to fight the best and the best is Gorbus. I want to be the best and what better way to do it than to beat the second best here, after me of course, to prove that i am the top?
Monica: If you want to be recognized as the best, woudln't it be better to face the champion and win his title? I mean the champions are allways looked at as the best that is.
Gaara: I thought you would ask that eventually. Let me just say this. Of course i want to be champion one day, i guess everybody does, but at this moment, the champion is nowhere near my league. I aimed at the best, and for me that guy is Gorbus and not Cathul. It would have been a walk in the park for me to take him the title so i aim for the top. And my clock says that this interview is over. Get out because i want to be alone.
*Monica exits Gaara's locker room.*
