The small car has barely pulled into a spot when Monica and a cameraman are suddenly by its side. Immacolata steps out of the vehicle, already wearing her wrestling gear. She looks just as enthusiastic as usual and Monica seems to have misgivings about this. Nevertheless, she approaches the wrestler.
Monica: Good evening, Immacolata. Would you mind answering some questions for the eXcess fans?
Immacolata merely glowers at her. Swallowing her discomfort, the interviewer plods on.
Monica: Thoren Black made some bold remarks last week, claiming that you can't beat him in a singles match and that you should stick to the tag team scene. Any... any comment?
Immacolata: Actually, he said that I should stick to tagging so that my partners can carry me.
She smiles before continuing, a smile that heralds nothing good.

Immacolata: I wonder which matches he was watching, because I always do the most damage. He might have been confused after I slammed his head so hard into the mat. I have another of these spells for him.
Monica: You have been successful in tag team matches in the past along with Arkken, the current World Heavyweight Champion, as Legacy of the Rose, but you have made it clear that you want to pursue a solo career.
Immacolata: Indeed, I thought I had, and I think I want to start it by challenging Black for his National Championship. I could shoot straight for the top - I know I have the skills - but I want to work my way up there. Plus, the boys have some drama going, so I will let them settle it. For now, I want to repay Black for the loss he handed me in the tournament. It is a stain I want removed from my record, much as he is a stain I will wish out of that ring.
Monica seems hesitant about asking the next question.(...)

Monica: Speaking of that loss, Thoren Black defeated you pretty... decisively. Do you think you can turn the tables?
Immacolata stares at Monica for several seconds.
Monica: Er... obviously, you think you can, but what about Arkken's offer to help you in your match in return for his help in yours?
Immacolata: He has always been like that. I did not mind going along with it when I first came here, but now that I have made a name for myself, I want to prosper on my own merits, no help needed. And now, we are done.
After wirelessly locking her car door, Immacolata walks away from the interviewer and into the arena.

A limo pulls up and Thoren and Blacks beauties step out
Monica- Mr. Black the war of words seem to be heating up between you and Immacolata, do you have anymore fuel to add to the fire?
Thoren looks at Monica with a cocky grin
Thoren-LOL Ill add some fuel behind closed doors and ask my beauties that's were things do get hot
Thoren laughs and the beauties all nod in agreement
Monica-Does this mean Immacolata will not be getting a shot at the title?
Thoren-Immacolata is good in TAG matches where she can play patty cake with her partner when she gets in trouble.
Monica-That still does not answer my question.
Thoren-Hold on sweetheart don't get all worked up I proved in our last SINGLES match Immacolata isn't worth carrying my jock strap let alone my title strap
Monica-So what your saying is Immacolata will not be getting a title shot?
Thoren walks up to Monica and puts his arm around her shoulders
Thoren-Honey I never turn down the chance at getting up close and personal with a female if its a title shot or not we will have to wait and see.
Thoren gives Monica a wink and a pat on the backside as he walks away
