The tron shows a camera feed from back in the training room. Semag is doing some stretching. He's talking to himself.
Semag: Last time we went through this fight, we won. We'll do it again...
He progresses through a series of unorthodox stretches, working through every joint.
Semag: But tonight I've got Arkken one-on-one for the championship. Even more pressure. I love pressure.
He seems to be finding the limit of motion for each of his joints as he stretches.
Semag: But he already made a mistake. A grave mistake. He showed me the new hold. He should have waited. He should have held onto his Ace.
He straights up and shakes his limbs out, hopping up and down a little as he looks to a mirror.
Semag: I've never been more ready for a challenge. I've never been more confident.
He grins, looking into the reflection.
Semag: Time to steal the show. Time to "Bring It"
As the camera goes dark, a "Bring It" chant echoes through the arena.
