(ooc: touch of godmod at the front here to set the scene, this is for the PPV so Drake and I have a chance to do some back and forth)
Semag D"Nim walks into the locker room. He sits down at his locked and grabs some tape, starting to wrap up his wrists. He's focused on what he's doing as the locker room door opens and closes. Semag doesn't look up, clearly focused on his task. Drake James comes from the door and sits on the bench next to him.
Drake: Hey Semag, you wanted to see me?
Without looking up, Semag responds as he tears the tape and checks it's security on one wrist.
Semag: Hey Drake, first I want to congratulate for reaching the finals of the Obsession Challenge. I also wanted to voice my certainty that you will win...
He takes a deep breath and lets it out, then finally looks to his side at Drake.
Semag: It sounds like you'd be the final Obsession Challenge champion with the changes that are coming. As for the other changes... I'll either be here, or I won't. If somehow Team GX loses tonight...
Semag shakes his head, then grins, before he turns back toward his locker and the focused look returns.
Semag: There's no chance Team GX loses. You'll get to see what GX is really about next season.
He looks down at his hands and starts wrapping his other wrist.

*As Semag finishes speaking, Drake pats him on the shoulder*
Drake: Semag, I KNOW that you have this win in the bag, man. If there's anything you need to succeed in the wrestling business, it's confidence. Just like how I'm almost certain, although it will be one hell of a battle, that I'm going to defeat Steele in the lumberjack match, I'm sure Team GX will win the 10-Man Tag Match.
*Drake waits for Semag's response*

Semag lets out a chuckle as he works on the second wrist.
Semag: Confidence is definitely an important part of success in this business. But I also know who I'm up against, and respecting an opponent instead of getting cocky is just as important as being confident.
He tears the tape and works the wrist around a little and nods to himself before looking back to Drake.
Semag: It would be pretty awesome for us to both walk out victorious.
He grins and winks.

*Drake grins back at Semag*
Drake: Yeah, that would just be awesome! You keeping your contract and me earning a legitimate contract in the meantime.
*Drake starts to have a little bit of a serious look*
Drake: But, when I said I know I'm almost certain I'm gonna beat Steele, I didn't mean that out of cockiness. I respect Steele's ability, I mean, he's not my final opponent for no reason. I just feel like if I think that I'll lose, I will lose, y'know? So, as long as I have in my brain that I'll win, I'll be much better in the match.
*Drake gets another smile on his face*
