Monica Tweed is in the studio with Seamus McFamous. Her smile is greeted with a cold stare from McFamous. She takes a hard gulp before before nervously turning toward the camera.
Monica: Mr. McFamous, it's great to have you here for this interview.
McFamous: I wish I could say the same but I really can't stand you. Now, wipe that ridiculous smile off your face and ask me something.
Monica: Okay... how did it feel to be a part of GX's first show?
McFamous: You know, I was in a good mood all day. Got a great night's sleep since I wasn't really worried about my match, got a great parking spot outside the arena, won my match... surprise, surprise... but then I went back to the locker room and watched the tape of my match. I embarrassed the poor sap that had to face me. I put on a wrestling clinic. Thanks to me, GX already has material for a "Best Of..." DVD. But just before I turned it off, I heard something I didn't hear as I was walking to the back after the match. That sorry excuse for an announcer... I forget his name... not the one with the hat...
Monica: Robert Estrada?
McFamous: I don't remember asking you but sure. Robert Estrada. I gave this guy the opportunity of a lifetime. He got to witness a legend in the making up close as I destroyed my "competition". An epic performance like that deserves epic commentary. What did Estrada have to say afer the match? He said he wasn't that impressed. Maybe he was trying to influence the fans watching at home. He didn't want them to be blown away by my performance and start questioning why the General Manager, Black Spirit, was competing in the GX World Title Tournament and not someone more deserving... like Seamus McFamous.
You know what? I'm not gonna give him the satisfaction of standing here and declaring,"I'll do everything I can to prove you wrong, Estrada!". Truth is, I don't care what he thinks. I don't care what you think. I don't care what anyone thinks. You call my matches any way you want. Whether you're impressed or not, I'm gonna win every damn one of 'em. That being said, I'm finished with this interview. Answering your stupid little questions isn't gonna win me the National Championship.
McFamous walks off as Monica Tweed looks on, astonished.
Monica: There you have him, ladies and gentlemen. He's not going to win any popularity contests but he still has a shot to become the first Generation eXcess National Champion... Seamus McFamous.
The camera fades out as Monica Tweed smiles into the camera.
